Step 1: Open Google Analytics
Start by typing “Google Analytics” in your web browser and click enter. Open the official Google Analytics page and sign in to your account. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one first.
Step 2: Go to Admin Settings
Once you’re inside the dashboard, look for the Admin option in the menu and click on it.
Step 3: Open Account Access Management
In the left sidebar, find Account Settings and click on it. Then select Account Access Management to view user permissions.
Step 4: Add a New User
Click the blue “Add access permissions” button, then select Add users. Enter the email address of the person or agency you want to give access to.






Step 5: Choose Permission Level
Select the appropriate role. For agencies or marketers, it’s usually best to choose Editor or Administrator so they can fully manage the account.


Step 6: Send Invitation
Once everything is set, click Add. The user will receive an invitation and once they accept it, they will have access to your Google Analytics account.
